How To Install Cinnamon 2.0.6 on Ubuntu 13.10 / 13.04 / 12.10 / 12.04

cinnamon is an user interface.It is intially developed for linux mint

In this Tutorial I am going to tell you how to install Cinnamon 1.8 on ubuntu 13.10 / 13.04 /12.10 /12.04

In Ubuntu 13.10 /13.04 it is available on the repository , so for installation run the following command

Installation Procedure

Login as root user and install cinnamon

apt-get install cinnamon

To install in ubuntu 12.10 / 12.04

Login as root user and type the below commands in terminal

add-apt-repository ppa:gwendal-lebihan-dev/cinnamon-stable

apt-get update

apt-get  install cinnamon

That's it cinnamon installed successfully
